At Karonix Wellness, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a smooth and transparent return and refund process.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return products under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • The return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery

  • A valid proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) must be provided

Note: For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, certain products such as supplements, consumables, or personal care items are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective.


2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or opened products

  • Products without original packaging

  • Items purchased on discount, clearance, or promotional offers

  • Free gifts or samples


3. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@karonixwellness.com with:

  • Photos or videos of the damaged product

  • Your order number and details of the issue

We will arrange a free replacement or full refund upon verification.


4. Return Process

To initiate a return, email us at support@karonixwellness.com with:

  • Your name and contact information

  • Order ID and item(s) to return

  • Reason for the return

Our team will review your request and guide you through the return shipping process.

Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.


5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days

  • In case of COD orders, refunds may be made via UPI or bank transfer

Refunds may take additional time depending on your bank or payment provider.


6. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, and the order must go through the return process if eligible.
